Preparing Artwork

Getting the artwork correct, right from the start will save time later. If you are not able to produce your logo in the required format for printing, let us know and we'll help with this stage.

Please provide your logo in EPS format, accompanied by a quality JPEG version of the file. To provide the most accurate colour match possible, please also provide the pantone code for your logo colour.

Please let us know  if you require help with preparing your logo for printing. Once we receive your art work we forward you your free graphical mock up so you can have visibility of how your finished product will look.


Production and Delivery

Prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping. If you require custom packaging, we can offer that for orders of 1000pcs and above. Shipping quotes for remote destinations are available on request.

The process is very simple. After choosing the product and providing us with your logo artwork, we will send you back a visual of the already labelled product WITHIN 24 HOURS. If you accept the result, we will proceed to mass production. Usually the whole process takes 5 - 10 days.

For the orders that require custom made packaging, total order turnaround will be a bit longer. After providing artwork we will send you photos of mock-up packaging sample within 72 hours. If you accept the result, mass production will follow.


Payment Terms

All orders are required to be paid for in full prior to production.
